Palisade Canyon is a 14 to 16 hour  long technical canyon trip, and is the best that southern Arizona has to offer. This is considered an extreme day, and is only suitable for fit, experienced participants.  Conditions in the canyon may vary in season. you Start high up on Mount Lemmon, and descend down numerous waterfalls and swim your way through deep pristine pools until finally hiking out on the Arizona Trail.
