Booking & Logistics
How do I book a guided trip?
You can book directly through our online reservation system. Select your desired tour, choose an available date, and complete the checkout process. You can also give us a call and book directly over the phone to avoid the online booking fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Trips cancelled 2 days or more before the scheduled date receive a full refund. You will be charged the full cost of your trip once it enters the 48 hour window prior to the trip without exception.
What happens if it rains,or other weather cancels a trip?
Safety is our primary priority. If weather makes conditions unsafe, your guide will contact you to reschedule or issue a full refund.
Gear & Preparation
Is climbing gear included in the price?
Yes, we provide all necessary technical equipment. This includes helmets, harnesses, ropes, and specialized climbing shoes at no extra cost.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable, athletic clothing layered for changing desert temperatures. Bring a backpack, sunscreen, sunglasses, and at least two litres of water.
Do I need to be in peak physical shape?
We accommodate all fitness levels. Our beginner trips require only basic physical mobility, while advanced multi-pitch routes demand higher endurance.
Experience & Safety
I have never climbed before. Can I join?
Absolutely, we specialize in introductory experiences. Our guides will teach you all foundational safety skills and movement techniques on day one.
Are your climbing guides certified?
Yes, every guide is certified by the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA). They also hold Wilderness First Responder (WFR) medical certifications.
Are there age restrictions for children?
Our minimum age for standard guided group trips is 8 years old. Younger children can be accommodated on custom-tailored private family bookings.
All climbing gear is provided. Please bring comfortable clothing that won’t restrict movement, water and any snacks appropriate for the length of the day.
Clients will need to meet their guide at the location specified. Location will be selected according to season and the needs of the client.
